In 2021, Google Play allegedly made 79 cents per every app download

I assume that includes clicks on adds in the Play Store and outside leading into the playstore? I just can't believe that number to be correct unless there's a lot of different money inflow sources included.
Looking at how many ads the top "free" apps have its not surprising. Probably underage kids spending all their free time playing mindless games and accidently clicking on ads.
For one, I am not sure if 'making' 79 cents means that is the entire revenue, or just Google's 30%. Even assuming the former, it still seems unbelievable.
Maybe this only considers paid apps, or some other filter.
Still, it sounds high to me too.
