Yes. The concentrations of the antibiotics are too low to select for resistance, because they do not significantly affect bacterial growth. (Without selection, no resistance).

If you don't have enough antibiotics to actually kill microbes, you aren't selecting for higher resistance.

Antiobiotics don’t kill bacteria. They stop the growth and the body does the rest. Or am I wrong ?

Some do, some don’t. Penicillins interfere with bacterial cell walls which ends with the bacteria exploding / dying. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penicillin

Most do directly kill bacteria.
