I've been seeing these stories pop up lately but i haven't noticed any slowdown or unblockable ads. I'm just using ublock origin with firefox on linux, has anyone with the same combo gotten hit by these issues?
I'm in the same boat. Firefox and Ublock origin, and I never see ads, and have never noticed a significant slowdown.
