A list of "all" email provider domains

What is a good purpose of a list like this? Used for email validation its extremely annoying for us folks running our own mail domain...

The list is already too old to be useful. https://github.com/disposable/disposable for example adds new domains almost daily.

Any reason why it doesn't contain outlook.com or msn.com?

Maybe different use case?
