Humans have been cultivating grapes for millennia and dogs were there, literally enjoying the wind fall.

So feeding your dog a few grapes doesn't make you a bad person.

It does make you someone who is likely to step in dog diarrhoea during the night though, depends how many grapes "a few" is, as how small your dog is.

I found this out the hard way as a kid. There was quite a few diarrhoea incidents I had to clean up in the morning.
