Hey, that avocado toast isn't gonna pay for itself.

No kidding.

By this logic, paying a million dollars for a house should make them orgasmic.

I'd like to hear more about the psychological side of this. Is that happiness momentary/fleeting, or is it a general feeling of well being throughout their lives?
