$200 per month, $2400 revenue per year, $20 per day meals, $7300 liability. How does this make sense apart for hoping people do not use it???

Looking into it more, Is this meant to be a credit card offering $20 daily im door dash and hoping to make the rest back in interchange fees? If so, Good luck....
