Ask HN: Can AI make a great looking website?

AI can make amazing images.

I want a great looking website. I can program but I cannot design.

Are there AI tools that do a great job with this? I can imagine there's very many tools that do a half-assed job that doesn't stand up to any sort of detailed look at quality. I'm looking for the next level.

Does such a thing exist yet?
