Ask HN: YC reacceptance rate post interview?

We've been through our bi-annual YC rejection. The rejection letter contains the beautifully optimistic line, "Over 50% of the startups we accept are repeat applicants." However, 2 years ago we were invited to interview and ultimately rejected with the feedback of our target market isn't big enough. Does anyone know what proportion of companies in a batch were reapplications that had been rejected after an interview?
