I have FHC. I'll have to check my SNPs export to see if I have this specific mutation. Total cholesterol is always 230+ but thankfully I don't have arteriosclerosis or coronary disease per cardiac workup including catheterization.
tl;dr This is a clinical trial was being done on people with super high cholesterol caused by their genes. The two people that died both died of a heart attacks, very consistent with their condition, one had advanced heart disease.
