That site unfortunately seems broken, I only see the mal-decoded UTF-8 byte-order marker "" on the page. The HTML contains little more than that and some apparently non-functional Javascript.

(Why did Firefox remove the ability to change character encoding?? WTF are they smoking at Mozilla?)
