You can get absolutely blotto trying all the variations within a few blocks of the Capitol, especially on state Street. Can't think of another state where the legislators have so many opportunities to ahem do research on their beverage related resolutions
From what I hear there are still downtown bars where both Democratic and Republican legislators get drunk together.
