Detlas are just slow, aren't they? I had one and couldn't find a good argument for the design. Convinced me that nothing with the bowden tube feed is worth bothering with, too. Direct drive or try again.

No. PEEK is printed slow and as with anything all designs have flaws; this would have been difficult with other kinematics with this amount of heat. E.g: most of the electronics/motors are in the bottom, less lateral area to heat etc...

all good reasons to choose that design.
