Does the drug actually work that well or deserve the hype it has gotten? A $1000/month to lose 5-15% of bodyfat seems like a ripoff. A 270lbs person who weighs 240lbs will still be fat and now have to be on this drug for life. I could only see this being useful for vanity or cosmetic reasons, like trying to lose the stubborn 10lbs for getting into swimsuit season or something.

The persons knee's will be stressed a little less. Back problems, perhaps a little less probable in the future.

Personal mobility improved by a bit. You will move around more. The stairs will not be as punishing.

Blood glucose magnitude down. Control of glucose up. Diabetes side effects maybe put off for another 5 years.

Just because it does not solve your problem, doesn't mean it doesn't help it.

Yes it does. I took the oral version and it's incredible. I basically immediately stopped being hungry and achieved a large calorie deficit with ease.
