I read that Cruise vehicles are controlled remotely about 3% of the time. Does that mean a 10-minute intervention every 5 hours, or a 10-second intervention every 5 minutes?

Personally, I do not want to own a vehicle that has the physical capability of remote / autonomous control of any aspect of its operation. It is a complete mystery to me why others do not have the same reservations.
