It's important but at the end of the day our capitalist system requires me to find a way to convince somebody to give me their money in order to survive
When to pay for a roof over our heads, feeding your family, be somewhat social, danger of being made useless due to technological progress, ageing and high level of competition for practically everything. It feel like little energy is left for other people in the end.
It requires exploiting folks so (globally) a few get a great life, most get a decent life, and far too many get an extremely brutal life.
