I am of the opposite opinion -- I don't trust new tech-bro tier companies to get it right, esp. for something related to operational technology. simple car relay and control systems are now well known, and battery + traction control systems aren't rocket science, even with EVs. I don't want a fully networked cyber-car, I want a car with just enough to make it work well.
