Where I live (AT), half of the automakers don't seem to have an EV option at all and those that do have them only in the mid to expensive ranges (40k and up) with a very narrow selection (1-2 models). Add to that that cars seem to have had quite the price hike in the last 10 years (e.g. Suzuki Jimny went from 17k to almost 25k)... Not exactly surprising that they don't sell.
