Now imagine if he were to use Microsoft Word and had to manually change all the uppercase letters to lowercase.
Why would his productivity be higher if he used a modern bloated word processor? Is fighting with Word's formatting some form of productivity that I'm not aware of?
Imagine how much quicker he would be with the latest AI extensions to Word.
