Haven't seen that behavior. Just clicked a link to a reddit post and loaded the article, comments included.
Are you sure this is a Kagi thing? Maybe it's a reddit or browser thing. Or some weird combo of all of that.

As another poster pointed out, maybe you should contact the people at Kagi about this.
