Let me share with you an example of how a company used AI to find their niche and grow their business.
Meet Xendoo, a Florida-based fintech startup. They provide small businesses with online bookkeeping and accounting services. Xendoo's founder and CEO, Lil Roberts, struggled for years working in the accounting industry, but she didn't give up. She eventually found her niche in small businesses, where she could offer more personalized services to help them grow.
Roberts initially used spreadsheets to manage her clients' financial statements, but as the business grew, this became unsustainable. In her search for a solution, she stumbled upon QuickBooks, a popular accounting software. However, she found QuickBooks to be too complex and difficult for her small business clients to use. That's when Roberts decided to build her own AI-powered software to simplify the accounting process for her clients.
Through the development of the AI tool, Roberts was able to quickly identify her target audience - small businesses. She used the AI tool to gather data on small business owners and their pain points. The AI analyzed the data and helped her create a more focused strategy to target her market.
Today, Xendoo is a successful company that serves thousands of small businesses across the United States. The company's AI-driven software helps them automate most accounting tasks so they can focus on other important areas of their business.
