It's impossible to 100% predict human behavior due to quantum randomness. And people often think things and make decisions which are seemingly random.
On the other hand, people also often follow patterns, most human behavior is predictable. And "free will" is often used in the context of morality or willpower; but almost (if not) everyone will become a bad person, or mentally break and give up, in a certain situation or upbringing.
Nobody has free will therefore:
-We have an obligation to be kind.
-Kindness doesn't 'work' at scale.
