Paddy Cosgrave Resigns as Web Summit Chief

Who would have thought that supporting an organization that torture citizens before executing them will be a mistake?

Israeli-Palestinian conflict is the only place in the world where western adults can look at: beheaded baby video, removing eye balls before execution, cutting limbs, 15 years old girl rape, burning dozens of people alive, beheading foreign citizes (100% thai citizen, not double citizenship) that happens to work in the area, killing 12 Nepales students that happen to be in the are, Pareding civilian hostages in the streets of Gaza. All that in 6 hours. And still so many cry out loud: "But we need to understand what led them to do it".

mmmm.. no we don't! Israel opressing you? Act like an opressed, kill soldiers and policemen and fight diplomatically.

Only global revolution can begin the process of changing the hideous path we are all currently on. My current thinking is that Marx's ideas needed a fully internet covered planet before they could have a prayer of being realized. One might say that not only does capitalism contain the seeds of its own destruction (via unlimited growth), but also of its own replacement (via a computer networked planet).

Interesting times, indeed!

Ridiculous. Orwellian.
