I don't but I know a few people who do. From what I can tell the "toxicity" is holding people to a level of expectations. Blind is full of stores of people getting pipped, yet people I know who worked there -- who I know are excellent engineers, have good work life balance, and never seem to be worried or in fear of being piped.
I think amazon mostly has a bad rap because SV is full of people who are here to collect big paychecks but can't actually do what they were hired for. Sure, they might be able to do something but not something worth the big paychecks they are getting paid.
Now that sounds like toxic behavior.
