FWIW I don’t like it. I find it makes Python far less readable, more cluttered, looks noisy. My complaints are purely aesthetic because I can see the utility.
What I find though is the current type annotation systems along side really good docstrings to be good enough.
All examples in "Survey of Other languages" section use comments.
