Convoy cancels all shipments, load board is empty, announcement upcoming

Sounds like this is an announcement of an announcement and therefore offtopic for HN. We can have a discussion when the actual announcement occurs.

Side note:

I started following freight waves when I was working for an autonomous trucking company. This publication is one that I recommend adding to an RSS feed.

It's a surprisingly complex ecosystem that has deep insight into several facets of global economy. And this publication's coverage of this ecosystem has my vote of support.

Curious I wanted to see who are the top players in this market and the hype around Convoy and found https://www.ttnews.com/logistics/freightbrokerage/2022

CH is the highest with $14.5B in revenue. Convoy is … 20th with $1.1B.

I’m sure people will be very excited about the announcement after having the rug pulled from under their shipments / loads…
