Note: I am referring to the "body cam footage", as you indicated, not the news report itself, or the overall circumstances.
The circumstances I can understand generation of fury. Just not the footage taken by itself.
The officer sticking to his original, faulty and increasingly untenable hypothesis is frustrating to watch--it's stupidity and stubbornness from a position of power.
