There are places that too cold for humans to survive without tools. Maybe they will become more temperature friendly.
Obviously parts of the earth are already too hot for humans (e.g. Arizona in the summer), but this is saying that already inhabited places will become uninhabitable. Therefore, people will have to migrate to cooler places to survive, straining those locations.
