Joint Statement by FSFE and SFC Regarding Eben Moglen and SFLC

The statement links to a court filing and in that filing there are exhibits that have depositions about encounters with Eben Morglen in the work setting. The deposition reports frequent yelling and intimidation from Morglen.

The deposition also includes details about the victim that indicates they were young, inexperienced and perhaps somewhat fragile.

A stronger personality might have pushed back more effectively or would have left for other employment.

Sadly, the reported behaviour would be familiar to many who have been in the workplace for a number of years. Not to say it should be accepted or normalised but certainly not unique.
