It's better, perhaps, to link to the parent page:

Shapiro mentions "An even more up-to-date, faster introduction to Common Lisp" therein, if anyone's interested.

It's even specifically called out that links directly to the pdf are not ok.

That is not really how the web works, of course. But I've changed the URL from https://cse.buffalo.edu/~shapiro/Commonlisp/commonLisp.pdf now.
