Never actually presents the easily available profit margins of “big health” which is low single digits, and proceeds to make it seem like pharmaceutical companies and big tech are somehow lower on the totem pole, even though they have double digit profit margins and market capitalizations multiples more (20x more) in some cases.

Uses revenue numbers as clickbait even though surely people employed at “the economics” should know better and quote profit margins for an article titled “who profits most”.
