Interesting, I posted this a couple days ago but it now seems to have gotten into the second-chance pool.

I used to use Elm, but after all of their hostility to their own users (which you can see with a cursory search online) and the growing popularity of TypeScript, I stopped using it, even though TS is in some ways worse. But sometimes, worse is better, and sometimes, you just want to get things done.
