Maybe, maybe not. Getting there is still a problem.
Not nearly as much of a problem as living there for an extended time.
Who wants to live in a bubble for the rest of their life, with the constant threat of death at every turn? Completely isolated with no internet, no real source of food or water, no entertainment, no resources to build things with, no way to decide you want to do something else with your life, etc... I cannot imagine a worse fate. Earth is amazing.
A bubble won't provide enough radiation protection. They'll have to live in underground tunnels.
Happy for them but probably not my thing personally
