Are you using the monaco editor? If so please enable the autoClosingBrackets:

    value: 'const myVar = hello',

    language: 'javascript',

    autoClosingBrackets: 'always'  // <--- This

});

```

When I highlight "hello world" and press ', I want to see "'hello world'" instead of "'"
