Ask HN: Because of ChatGPT, original content is not believed

I could write long articles. But I'm really tired now, not of writing. People say that the content I write or the products I make are made with 100% ChatGPT. How can I prove that I am 100% original?

I want to write 1000 blog posts soon, but I will write with 0 artificial intelligence. But I'm afraid to do it because they take away all my motivation!

How can I solve this? People are directly labeling it as ChatGPT. I hate this. Does anyone know a solution?

If I was setting a goal to write blog posts it would be 1 a week for a year knowing I might write 2 some weeks and skip a week so about 50 a year.

At that rate I’d say I’d have something worth saying most of the time but somebody would accuse some of the articles of being filler and they’d be right, at least sometimes.

If you were going to write 1000 blog posts in a year that is about 3 posts a day, even if it your full time job that’s not a lot of time to research it, think about it, write it, edit it, think about it some more, revise it, etc.

If I had the goal of writing 1000 blog posts in a shorter time than that I’d be look to automation for help.

If actual people are labeling it as ChatGPT instead of an automated process, it might be because it sounds like ChatGPT. Is English your second language? I sampled some of your blogposts and unfortunately I find the style writing similar to the style of blogspam technical content, it doesn't sound natural in parts. Obviously, advising you to "try to sound more human" is not helpful. If it sounds like ChatGPT to people, or if an algorithm is probabilistically deciding it's ChatGPT, any shortcut would most likely be fleeting.

Try studying the writing style of personal technical blogs people recommend on this site (how is it different than yours etc), and just keep practicing and publishing. I don't have time to list everything that feels "off" in your writing, so I'll just mention one: the overuse of "!" in your posts. It doesn't feel natural and rubs me the the wrong way. It signals forced/mock excitement.

ChatGPT can generate an infinite amount of average sounding content on any topic. The world doesn’t need any more content. I have no idea what you need 1000 blog posts to say.

If you can write something with original ideas that’s worth reading, then people will recognize its humanity.

1000 posts is a challenge for me. But I'm going to write it me, and I don't like being told otherwise.

If that's the case, before you write on a topic search for top posts on the same topic and make sure you add something new and different to the topic as well.

In terms of style, if you yourself have trouble distinguishing between good individual writing and blogspam you should also try to improve your blogspam radar. Recognizing the characterestics people see in other writing they regard as blogspam will help recognize and prevent similar characteristics in your own writing.

Stop thinking about chatgpt and start thinking about writing. If a few people said you are an alien would you be bothered about that and post about it here? Part of growing up is to stop thinking about other people and start producing valuable works.
