The most obvious reason -- to me, at least -- would be that they tried to block it from generating images of real people, and didn't think to make an exception for long-dead Roman dictators.
I wonder what will be left when they have removed anything potentially dangerous or offensive. Maybe just advertisements. But advertisements for competitors products are also offensive.
