You have a fixed message about disabled JavaScript on your site. This message takes a lot of space on the screen and completely hides your menu.
Its phrasing is also quite annoying, with two exclamation points and a bold "must". I won't enable JS, I know the trade-off, it's fine to display some discrete message on top of the website, but you should respect my choice of having it disabled / try to understand it. Please. Don't nag me too hard. That would have way more effect on me than justified vs left-aligned text. I'll just use reader mode that removes even more features.
As I can read in this very article, I can't trust you not to run random and untrustworthy scripts from third parties like Google Analytics on my machines.
No webapps, obviously. What do you use your browser for? HN, text mode on a couple news sites, nothing else?
- for web apps
- for documents interactive documents that truly warrant it
I leave JS disabled for documents where JS should not be necessary. I often leave if the document is not readable without JS.

Both surprisingly big and sadly small.
javascript:(function() { document.body.style.maxWidth='750px'; document.body.style.margin='0 auto';} )();
Expunge the justification whilst you're there.
javascript:(function(){var elements=Array.from(document.body.getElementsByTagName('*'));elements.forEach(function(element){element.style.textAlign='left';});})();
