Synesthesia and Music Perception

I’ve always personally found music very exciting because of the sensory overload, I’ve never thought of music as just simply listening to it. I always thought it was supposed to be a full body experience of sound, colour, certain motions and movements, and different sensations on my skin.
I don’t know if that is the same as Synesthesia, but I’ve never found it difficult to learn a musical instrument and just instinctively seem to just know what the music should “feel” like, rather than what it should “sound” like.
