I'm unable to login to github.com. Anyone else having issues? [Edit] Looks like Github just updated their status page and is having widespread degradation: https://www.githubstatus.com/

Status page is showing lots of issues: https://www.githubstatus.com/

From Github Status page a few minutes ago: Update - We are investigating an issue that is impacting a small percentage of requests across all services including authentication and are working on mitigating impact.

> small percentage of requests

... makes you think if they visit their own home page. :)

Working again for me. I was able to login in again.

Time to finish the day anyway! (it's 5:36pm UK time).

Don't worry! The whiteboard is out and they are doing super-elegant binary tree reversal implementations as we speak!

Yes. Both for public and enterprise cloud. Started around 9:26 AM PT.

Reads used to work (but not writes), now all seems to be offline.

Looks like problems started over 19 hours ago for Actions: https://twitter.com/githubstatus

yes. github returns 500 for me: "Looks like something went wrong!"

youtube seems down as well. only the skeleton loads, no content.

oh wow. I just tested incognito and youtube works there. so I thought it must be some extension I have installed. turns out, ublock origin enabled blocks the whole youtube content (resulting in youtube skeleton page).

can anybody reproduce this?

YouTube is working for me. Must be a backbone issue somewhere?
