UK government seeks expanded use of AI-based facial recognition by police

I'm seeing a lot of fascist dictatorial, and authoritarian things being 'proposed' by the UK government lately. Seems like they're sleepwalking into a China style Big Brother, Orwellian state. </long-sigh>

UK will be fine as it is a democracy. These security features are not the same as they are in authoritarian countries.
