It's a shame that a country of 1.4B can't produce a competent opposition.

India has a competent opposition. But any competent opposition is limited in democratically fighting an authoritarian regime that doesn't subscribe to democratic values.

Who can? Most countries are ruled by the same groups for decades, or by mobs temporarily. In some there is an illusion of opposition. Like in Russia 'opposition' is being played by actors. With a few real, but they don't live long.

All governments in the world are capable of ordering the likes of Twitter and YouTube to censor or remove content if they wish to operate in their jurisdiction. This is nothing new.

Artist turned political activist turned attention seeker. The headline is quite sneaky to omit his tantrums of past years.

Even if the stand is right, Kunal kamra has lost all credibility for me. I would rather support someone else making similar points than this joke of a person.
