Ok. Why? What aspect of diet heightens exposure? Soy rich diet? Ratio of highly processed food to raw? Occupational I can understand, if Asian Americans work in clothing, plastics, packaging and assembly they'd be handling PFAS rich materials.

It sounds like you'd need a longitudinal study.
Perhaps it is the use of teflon-coated rice cookers that is higher among Asians. Chinese/Korean grocery stores have high-end automatic rice cookers for sale, and all of them have layers of non-stick coating around the metal cooking insert that are much thicker than what you find on the average non-stick pan.
Maybe it's a selling feature abroad?
Not sure how this correlates with the average American use of non-stick pans.
