Musk is only worried they might win.

In other words, Musk wants to boycott lawyers for enforcing the law.

Continually looking for, and finding, new ways to be a terrible human being. This man has no bottom.

Or you could fix the underlying social problems that lead to widespread homelessness, but what's the profit in that? It's easier to demonize the ACLU and law firms working on cases going through the courts trying to reconcile disparate mandates.
