UK airspace closed due to technical issues

A quick visit to https://www.flightradar24.com/52.25,-3.56/5 and it looks just as busy as ever.

I seem to recall you dont need to use the UK flight system, but can navigate across the UK flying using dead reckoning, ie flying by landmarks and maps.

Is there a Google airview for pilots?
