For those wondering where the property in question is, there's an SF Chronicle article with a map:

There's a sizeable overlap with the Montezuma Hills wind farm. It'll be interesting to see how a bunch of pre-existing wind turbines fit into their plans.

EDIT: looks like a really large portion of their land is exactly where the wind farms are at. Are they going to destroy the wind farm, because how it looks on satellite imagery, there is no real space to build without destroying most of the wind turbines.
