Yeah, they relicensed all their products going back to Packer and Vagrant even though their "problems" seem to be related to Terraform and maybe Vault. It seems like an overreaction.
When I clicked through the companies listed here previously, all of them seemed to support Terraform plugins which are not part of the re-licensing. They didn't maintain downstream forks of Terraform proper. I'll look again.
