Docker Hub Registry IPv6 Support Now Generally Available

Our build server started throwing errors it couldn't log in to Docker any more. Googled it and found a thread where a Docker employee reported they just deployed IPv6 support.

If anyone has the same problem, it's fixed by following the "Enable IPv6 support" guide on the Docker docs. Tracked my debugging here: https://github.com/docker/hub-feedback/issues/2165

Meanwhile, I still can't buy native IPv6 support in Stockholm, Sweden at home and GCP's IPv6 support for GKE is still too broken to use.
