Last week I needed to some quick SQL from a box with nothing and wound up installing DBeaver community. It is actually quite good. It has every feature you can think of, and pretty well organized to.
The only downside is that the UI is a bit laggy, but that's to be expected when trying to pack so much stuff into a java desktop app.
If you haven't tried dBeaver I highly recommend that you do. It's an excellent tool that works across Linux and Windows, supports all the big databases well and is a solid replacement for things like SSMS and pg-admin. Works well with sqlite too.
Is it possible to start DBeaver UI via CLI with configuration and connection string preconfigured?
I think you can use the -con and -data parameters for this
