Yes, adding music/audio features is definitely in the plans, but currently the goal is to keep the app as simple as possible.

The focus now is to simplify sharing, so it works seamlesly.

And it kinda works already - I capture more moments with the kid - and my wife can preview it on her device after the sync happens.

But it’s not perfect yet, of course.
