If they break the rules, you report them, if they don't have a moderation team, then they should be shut down, why aren't they, well maybe that's the problem
If you don't like what people might say or react to your content, well, you don't use a public social media to begin with, the public space is for the public
I don't like Twitter, nor do i like Musk and his pseudo "divine" mission (ordered by the CIA), but i agree with this specific decision
And i think the underlying plan is to launch their own app store
Everything is predictable with musk, digital everything including ID, $ and your mind, why not?!
That assumes a working report system which, famously, Twitter has not had for many years (even pre-dating the gutting of moderation that Elnor has done.)

Basically you're saying "speech is only for those with the loudest voices and angriest fan bases". You can probably see how that isn't a good idea.
